30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital guides and workbooks sold by English by Design (Omar Bach Toubdji Andueza). If the material isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued by us, English by Design (Omar Bach Toubdji Andueza), and returned through Stripe, our payment processor. To request one, email us at omarbach1998@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email, and we will arrange it for you.

Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 3–10 business days.

Private classes and bundles

Unused classes can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase. Classes already delivered, and classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, count as used and are not refundable. Class bundles are valid for 3 months from purchase.

If you need to move a booked class, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule it at no cost.

Duplicate charges and problems with delivery

If you were charged twice, or your guide did not arrive in your inbox, contact omarbach1998@gmail.com and we will resend the product or refund the duplicate charge straight away. You do not need to wait for the 30-day window to close.
